LLP Annual Return (Form 11) Due 30 May — Don't Miss the Deadline
Every LLP must file Form 11 (Annual Return) by 30 May each year, regardless of turnover. Missing the date attracts a late fee that is a multiplier of the normal filing fee, escalating with delay — not a flat rate, since the LLP (Amendment) Rules, 2022 replaced the old flat ₹100/day penalty.
